Load-in and event details for the inaugural IFBB Pro League Houston Pro & NPC Lone Star Championship. Please share this page with every member of your team assisting with load-in, setup, or your booth.
Vendors may access the hall at 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 29, one hour before the 8:00 AM morning session.
Freight: Use the 3rd Level Ramp
All booth equipment, displays, and merchandise must go up the GRB's 3rd Level (North) Ramp. Set your GPS to:
615 Chartres Street, Houston, TX 77003 ↗From Avenida de las Americas: Polk Street to Chartres Street, then north on Chartres toward Texas Avenue. The ramp entrance is on the left just before Texas Avenue. At the gate, follow GRB security instructions and tell them you are loading in for the Houston Pro, George Bush Grand Ballroom.
- The ramp is for active loading and unloading only; move your vehicle to a garage as soon as you finish
- No parking, loading, or unloading in front of the building on Avenida de las Americas
- No exhibit freight through the main lobby, escalators, or passenger elevators
- Team members without freight can use the main entrance at 1001 Avenida de las Americas and head to the 3rd Floor
WiFi, Internet & Power
Complimentary standard WiFi is available throughout the GRB for vendors, exhibitors, and guests.
If your booth needs a dedicated internet connection or electrical power, those are paid services billed directly by Smart City Houston. Let Xavier know as soon as possible and he will connect you with the Smart City representative to coordinate requirements and pricing.
When You Arrive
See Xavier Guerra or a Galvanized Productions team member before setting up your booth. We will help you locate your assigned vendor space and make sure you are positioned correctly.
